Dear Sir and Madam, We are producer of steel (heating) panel radiator and towel radiator located in istanbul TURKIYE. PANSA Panel Radiators are made of high quality steel of 1.20 mm thick in compliance with EN 10130, EN 10131 and Euronorm 422 standards under TS EN 442 norm. Our radiators include 4 different types and 27 different legths varying from 400 mm to 3000 mm at (400-500-600). Panel radiators are sensitively produced basing on the principle of keeping the quality at utmost levels at our contemporary facilities. Having finished assembly and welding step, our radiators are covered with iron phosphor after undergoing different baths through immersion against corrosion and chemical factors for internal and external surface in 5 chemical pools of each 6 tons. Dried surface are lined with water based paint through enviroment friendly immersion system and kilned at 110C. After being painted in white (RAL 9010) through Epoxy-Polyester Electrostatic Coating method as a standard in robotized canbins, they are kilned again and baked at 210C-220C. Our products are extremely resistant against all kinds of weather conditions, humidity and shocks thanks to the perfect surface coating system obtained intact at each stage of this process, which takes 4,5 hours. Quality control are painstakingly performed at each stage or production process. Each radiator getting out from production band in exclusively designed testing pools are subjected to 100% impermeability control for 2 times one by one at 10 Bar pressure test and this allows us to use the product safely for multi-storey buildings and high operating pressures.
