Each project includes: 5* Hotel/s, min. 45 hole Golf Courses plus several Driving Ranches, 6 or 9 hole Short Courses, Beach Club, Spa and Wellness Complexes, but mainly of interest large amounts of Properties for the International Real Estate Market. The volume to finance each one of this projects lies by min. 120 Million Euro and up. Furthermore we have established a large network of customers that seek Project Funding.
