Our Field of Activities; We export 95 % of our products to our customers in 17different countries. Today, it is possible to see Orakci Machinery products all over the world.
We carry on our operations as a direct partner of the truck manufacturers and distributors in countries and/or territories where our customers are from. Apart from these operations, we are planning to strengthen our brand value by setting up a franchising system in the following years.

Warranty and After Sales Support ; We give product warranty for one year for our products for inconveniences originated from manufacturing or installation except for the user faults, yet the warranty periods may differ from country to country in accordance with the respective legal regulations therein.
Orakci Machinery presents a User - Maintenance Manual and Spare Part Booklet together with its every product to the customers. In the booklets under the Spare Parts section you can see the product related spare part codes and definitions.
Maintenance and Repair Service : There is a Repair and Maintenance Service Department in our factory premises which provides fully-equipped maintenance servicesIn addition to this all the regional dealers in Turkey & export markets have the ability to provide after sales and maintenance services.
