Olivares Don Alberto S.A. is a family business founded by Alberto Feres, a business man and civil engineer with almost a decade of experience in the olive-oil industry, and one of the founders of Olivares de Quepu, who with dedication, work and undeniable talent has been able to produce exquisite varieties of olives to create premium extra virgin oils.The LocationThe Valley of Pencahue is located 5 kilometers from Talca in the Maule Region. It is known for its similarity to the qualities of the Mediterranean valleys. It is cold in winter and dry and hot in summer. Additionally, another virtue of this valley is that it is closed, and in the winter frosts this is an advantage because the fog is a sealed protection for the plantations which don't suffer the damage of the extreme cold weather.
