Our extra virgin olive oil is made from olives 100% of the protected designation of origin, Siurana (Tarragona, Spain).
The collection is traditionally not hurt nor fruit nor the quality of the oil, from November to January.
Noted for the aroma of ripe fruit, such as bananas and fresh grass. The palate is sweet and has a fresh almond note.
All olive oils presented here are cold pressed traditionally methods at our own Oil Mill .
Those labeled "Mas del Vila" are grown, organic and crafted entirely by hand.
