Noble Win International Ltd, combines great coalition from 5 primal factories in Plastic, Glass, Chemical & Paper industries, located in China (Production/Quality Control) and Taiwan (R&D/Mold & Tooling). Our packaging products have included PET/PE/AL/PE Bags, Acrylic bottles, PE bottles, Airless bottles, Acrylic jar, Aluminum bottles, Aluminum Jar, Glass bottles, glass jar, Cosmetic bottles, Cosmetic Accessories, Retail boxes, Product Inserts, Point of Sale Displays & chemicals contained in most of cosmetics. Our capability of production of plastic containers for material as PVC, PET, PETG, PE, Acrylic, AS, PS and etc. Our Taiwan Precision Tooling Plant is state of the art for our Blow molding & Injection Molding. Our main facilities are Located in Guangdong Province, China. Custom made projects are also our specialty, from design inception to the retail shelf, second to none.
Quality is also a major issue along with production process. Every single production is highly guarded by our well trained and skillful people. Due to our cautious inspection, Noble Win International Ltd, holds quality satisfactory at 97% from our clients which is higher than industry standard, 91.3%. (Plastics Associate Group).
OEM/ODM:
Noble Win International Ltd, ODM service helps our customers define a solid significance of their brand to enhance their market competitiveness with new ideas all the time. Our concrete OEM background can further ensure the final quality of the products and market value supplied to our customers.
Noble Win International Ltd, starts all projects with a trial production period. Samples and prototype's of the products we offer will be sent out to our customer in order to find out their wants and preference. Prior to product requirements acquisition, a prototype of the final product will be manufactured according to our customer request and criteria.
The project work flow from concept design to prototype delivery is our specialty. Each Project proposals are tailored to meet customers target market, retail price and production lot size. Simply give us your requirements, our sales team can come back to you quickly with a project proposal parallel with product samples and prototype.
The entire process of ODM extends from product planning and raw material selection to product customization, to brace the entire production process from planning to manufacturing. Relieving our customers from the hassles of coming up with design, raw material sourcing, container packaging planning and testing.
Research and development consist of two primary models. In one model, the primary function of an R&D group is to develop new products; in the other model, the primary function of an R&D group is to discover and create new knowledge about scientific and technological topics for the purpose of uncovering and enabling development of valuable new products.
