EZ Machinery has established a structure with 2 business divisions;
One for OEM service and customization manufacture, which is according to the customer requirement, widely ranging from CNC turning parts to forging and cold forming parts.
Another for Standard Parts and Accessories, including series of hose clamps, fittings, fasteners and etc.
EZ Machinery has three main workshops by shareholding, a CNC workshop, a plastic workshop and a stamping workshop, and equipped with precision CNC machines, injection molding machines, stamping machines and cold forming machines.
EZ Machinery places an emphasis on understanding the specifications and customer quality requirements, and established a whole process quality control system, which is certified to ISO9001:2008, to cover the critical quality control on site, including the raw material, initial samples, process dimensions, mechanical character, surface treatment, packing and delivery.
EZ Machinery have its own technical department enable the company not only to meet the demands of customers, but also can improve the product process.
