Ningbo Besser Power Technology Co., Ltd. has more than 10-year experience in precision casting technologies, applying the silica sol process-a high level wax lost casting process in a wide variety of materials, including super alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel.
Recently, we have made our new project successfully, which is turbo wheel, the most key part in turbochargers. We apply the highest level casting process-vacuum casting process and have reached a full capacity of 150,000 sets of turbo wheels per month.
Employees and Equipments
Among our 150 employees, there are more than 30 specialists and 10 engineers. Besides, international standards facilities for production and testing also contribute to stable quality control, for example, spectrum analysis, tensile strength testing, X-ray inspection, magnetic particle inspection, metallographic, microscopic, magnetic particle inspection. Meanwhile, the company continually strives for top technical talents and technologies.
Certifications and Applications
Our products have been applied in almost the entire range of mechanical manufacturing, including precision machinery, medical devices, aeronautical engineering, chemical and bio-engineering, high-grade metalwork products and so on.
After passing ISO90001 certification, we are preparing to seek TS16949 authentication. We have extensive experience producing and processing materials with trademarks and specifications or standards numbering 3000 in the domestic market, and one hundred internationally - including, among many others, GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, NF, JIS, BS, AS and ARR specifications.
