(B)The Buyer will nominate the performing vessel together with its details, after signing this S&P Contract by the Seller and at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the laycan days, as agreed by both parties for the said shipment. The Sellers shall make every endeavor to give his approval to the vessel nomination within one working day.Payment Terms:1.1 Within 5 working days after signing the Contract, the Buyer perform inspection at stock pile. Buyer pay to seller by T/T as follow :a.40% after the contact is signed b.40% after loading on Mother Vessel.c.20% after full export documents completed.
