New Quantum Holdings Pte Ltd (NQH) was founded in Singapore as a holdings company involved in the value-added business activities for commodities ranging from petrochemicals to agricultural products, as well as manufacturing of plastic finish products. NQH also offers high-tech products & services such as authenticating technology for packaging and documents. There are three companies under holdings:
1. New Quantum Vietnam Company Limited
2. TBS Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore
3. TBS Technology Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia

With integrated backward and forward business strategies in place, NQH uses plastic raw materials to produce creative and unique plastic finish products such as degradable and biodegradable plastic bags.
