Company Introduction
Neosemi produces GaAs, Si ingots and wafers. They are made by our patented technology-continous crystal growing- and we also make other related equipments and facilicities on our own. On June 2009, we were appointed an international developer for Ge solar wafer by MKE. Now, 200MW capacity for Si ingot and 50MW for Si wafer were installed in our plants. Additional expansion is on progress in Gangneung city to 300MW of ingot capacity.
