We are the manufacturer/exporter of hand made,hand cut & hand pasted "THIKRIE" mirror tiles & patterns for high profile dignities through out the world.If you have been to Jaipur & have seen MIRROR PALACE AT AMBER FORT, Jaipur,India if you have been to this historical monument than you will be able to get me what i am talking about? Our products can be seen on alibaba's display. Now we are looking for buyer/interior decorator/designers, for our traditional mirror product. We have a very new and exclusive product which falls under handicraft.The name of my product is "THIKRIE" OR "THIKRIE(TM)",we are on you tube and picasa album.We are working for Fashion Designer - Mr Rohit Bal (India) , Shoe Designer - Mr Christine Louboutine (France) , Chain of Restaurants named as "Veda's" (India) , Fashion Designer - Mr Umang Kumar (India) , Studio - AKFD (India) etc.
Our job starts from making of glass globe melting metals like lead and tin poring it in mirror globe.which turns glass globe into mirror globe as was done centuries back/traditionally, mirror globe is convex so each mirror piece is convex so each tile gives multiple images of the object, which is totally new concept. later on we use mirror globe in making up of mirror tiles,mirror patterns,mirror mosaic furniture etc.
we have full team for cutting of mirror pieces with help of diamond cutters, who cut mirror mosaics in thousands each day.we have boys responsible for fixing of thikrie mirror pieces of board,ply or furniture.we use glues like natural tree gum and gypsum,epoxy to make it water proof,etc.
The costing is made on SQ MT basis,which starts from 28,000/-INR ( including mirror manufacturing + mirror cutting), the cost keeps increasing as job is included ( like fixing), or if there is fine designing job , etc.Applicable Taxes,Packing,forwarding is EXTRA,hope to get ur call soon,regards,Mahavir Singh
