Our pulses are prepared following the ancient method of dehydration after its cooking
which have been used since 5000 B.C.
The precooked and dehydrated product looks very dry, partially opened and lightly altered in color compared to the natural aspect of the pulses
Once re-hydrated it gains back its own charateristics ,color and shape, without altering its original flavour.
The dehydration avoids the development of micro-organism and preserve the product in a natural way without the addition of additives and preservatives
