With abundant papaya and pineapple resources in Guangxi and taking advanced technologies, such as freeze thawing extract, membrane separation, vacuum freeze drying, activity conservation technology, we produce variety of products as follow: Papain: activity up to 4,000,000u/g, which higher than the similar kind products of Merck Company; Bromelain: activity up to 1,500,000u/g and can keep 95% activity under the condition of 80 degrees for 5days, which occupy the leading position in the world; Flavor enzyme and Nuclease: use solid fermentation when processing, fill in the blank in inland market; Transglutaminase (TG): With liquid fermentation technology when processing, the fermentation standard up to 10-14u/g and the activity can be more than 3000u/g. Neutral protease and Alkaline protease: With the advanced technologies such as effective extract, separation and conservation to solve the separate problem of protein and low yield problem. After solving these problems, the Neutral protease's activity up to 750,000u/g and the Alkalin's up to 1,800,000u/g, which are exported to abroad widely. We develop the Compound Enzymes such as Yeast extract enzyme and Animal & plant protein hydrolase enzymes according to particular industries and applications, which the hydrolysis property is much better than signal enzyme. After 15 years's effort, we've built 5000 square meters GMP work shop, 1500 square meters R&D center and 500 square meters inspection center, with advanced frozen extract equipment,5 tons solid fermentation machine, 30 tons liquid fermentation machine, horizontal screw centrifuge,high-speed tube centrifuge, advanced micro-filtration,Ultrafiltration, vacuum frozen drying and low-temperature grinding technology three-dimension blender. Now we can produce 1000 tons food & medical grade enzyme every year.
