MSupport has been active in the sightseeing market since 1989 when we developed the first multilingual headphone system for The Original London Sightseeing Tour. Based on a professional eight track tape system and a Blaupunkt headphone system the system provided eight language simultaneous tour commentary. Over the years this product has evaluated into a solid state eight track MP3 player with bespoke tour software.
Following customer demand we provided headphones and earphones, establishing contacts with manufacturers and building relationships in China that are lasting for more than 20 years already.
In 2007 we assisted in the development of a double-decker city sightseeing bus. Combining Chinese production facilities and Western components we achieved a cost effective vehicle providing a quality tool for the sightseeing operator.
Working together with the sightseeing operator we are continually trying to improve the experience of the sightseeing customer.
