A family owned business. Producers since 2002 of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil available under the Greek registered brand name "Monolia" bottled or in tins of various sizes. Sellected from privately owned olive groves at the area of Amaliapolis, Thessaly, which are undergoing pre-certification period for organic cultivation. Olives of the Pelion /Amfissa variety are cold pressed at a certified olive oil press. Chemical analysis of EVOO available on request.
