One of the fuels, which have been gaining eminence in recent years, is Jatropha Biodiesel. This is the answer to the issue of the diminishing energy reserves.
At MJI, we intend to engage isolated, rural communities in developing countries through promoting the commercial production of Biodiesel feedstock. Our aim is to guarantee them a fair share of the value which is added through our operations. We are committed to strengthen local agricultural communities by creating local employment and encouraging self-sufficiency. This includes the establishment of an appropriate local energy infrastructure. We aim to ensure that the benefits of producing Jatropha oil do not come at the cost of destruction to the environment, the misuse of water and other natural resources or the loss of biodiversity.
In the current scenario the feedstock is the major question mark which is faced by everyone who wants to produce Biodiesel with Jatropha. In order to answer this shortage we are forced to plant more Jatropha trees all around the world. Not just planting but a calculative planting is the best answer to this situation right now.
