The object of the company is to manufacture Crank Pin, Connecting Rod kit assembly to cater the replaceable market. The company is producing Crank Pin, Connecting Rods & Kit for all kind of 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, mopeds, 100 C. C. capacity vehicles. The range is 0.001" to 0.020"Oversize Crank Pins, Connecting Rods, Connecting Rod Kit Assembly.
Our products are manufactured subject to severe operating conditions of crank pins in the connecting rods of 2 & 3 wheelers internal combustion engines. All our products are undergoing severe quality control for accuracy. Our quality system are maintained with the norms of ISO : 9002.
We manufacture our product in the latest computerised and numerically controlled machines. We have latest and modern gas carborising process for case hardening and heat treatment of our products. Our quality control system and equipment will ensure perfect geometrical and dimensional accuracies, which will confirm to the specification of vehicle manufactures. We use high quality alloy steel for manufacturing our products for durability. We are the pioneers to introduce micro finish in connecting RODS & PINS by lapping process, first time in INDIA in the replaceable market.
