Established in 1988, Meire Optical Co., Ltd specializes in developing and manufacturing all kinds of optical components. We have established research center of resin lens and begun developing resin spectacle lens since 1996. The senior engineers mainly focus on developing manufacturing methods and equipment, as well as improving product quality. With all these years of efforts, Meire has become a top class professional resin spectacle lens manufacturer with the industry. Up to now, our company has formed the whole production process including mould production, hot and cold processing, hard-coating and multi-coating processing. We have passed ISO9001 international quality management ***** Cold processing: we can design and produce spherical, spherical cylinder and aspheric moulds and lens, whose diameters are less than 100mm, using manifold materials, and can undertake the RX prescription lens. Especially the cold processing of aspheric mould and lens which have the domestic and international patent, has improved the shortcomings of the hot deformation production process, leading international standards . We have imported the SATISLOH VFT Compact VFT and SATISLOH i-Flex free surface processing equipment from Germany which have the advanced world level, producing the inner aspheric£ double aspheric and double aspheric inner-progressive lens. Hot processing: We have ne=1.499, ne=1.56 and ne=1.600 casting molding producing line, by which we can produce spherical£ spherical cylinder and aspheric resin lens with a yearly output up to 5, 000, 000 pairs. We also have a precise injection producing line, by which we can produce optical components whose diameters can be less than 5mm and weights less than 0.1g. Surface processing: We have a self-developed hard-coating producing line, and have imported advanced multi-coating machine and coating technology. Now we can coat green, blue, red and yellow color film according to the demand of customers .
