MEC was formed in 1998 to service the security industry by providing expert knowledge in the fields of Access Control, CCTV & General Electronic Security. Since its inception, MEC has grown into a strong distributor of sophisticated, state-of-the-art equipment, sourced from some of the world's top manufacturers. More recently, some of the products marketed by MEC are designed, manufactured and assembled according to MEC specifications, allowing us to take the lead in the market.
Our technical and sales staff have a combined 48 years experience in Access Control, CCTV, General Security Products & Installations. MEC has also acted in the capacity of consultants to some major international projects at Government level.
