MATTERA CONSTRUCTION (SM MATTERA INSAAT VE TURIZM Ltd Sti) is a French-Turkish company set up in Bodrum, Turkey, by Mrs Sevda Mattera. It is aimed to build properties to please the wishes of future owners :
First of all, we choose the building plots very carefully, near the sea (not further than one kilometer), near a village with all facilities : our housing-estates remain busy even during the low season, when the tourists are gone.
We work with the best architects in the region, and use the number one quality materials, for the carcass work as well as for the completion.
We work in close relation with our client through all the process :
Before and during the sale, we organize his trip to Bodrum, define the conditions of paiement and the customization of his property,
We follow each step of the construction, together with the client,
At the time of the delivery, we take care of all administrative tasks for our client,
After the work is completed, we propose a set of services to the owner, such as year round property management, bill payments, gardens and building maintenance and seasonal renting,

Our current construction programme, FARILYA GARDENS is situated in the fishermen village of Gundogan, close to Bodrum. The housing-estate is 800m away from the beach and one km away from the marina.
