Our main activities are repurchase, freezing, processing and export of raspberry and other fruits. Capacity of processing is 2000 tones fruit per year and storage capacity is 1200 tons. Two static tunnels have a daily freezing capacity of 32 tons. In 2011 we are planning to expand our capacities for 50 %. Cold chamber was built in 2007. and MASTER FRIGO engineering team was responsible for complete designing, building and starting of refrigerant installation using the best quality components of refrigeration equipment (Bitzer, Guntner, Danfoss, EMS, Dixell, ESK Schultze, etc). Technical, technological and HR standards of MASTER FRIGO FRUITS are in accordance with global standards of the food industry and our cold chamber is one of leading in this region.
From the very opening MASTER FRIGO FRUITS working process is in accordance to food quality control standards. In accordance to this we implemented HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 standards. Every day improvement and modernization of production, storage and transportation process are guarantee of the quality of products we offer. Certificates we owe are our advantage but in the same time our duty to bring the quality of our final product to the excellence. In accordance to this we are working on the process of implementation of International food quality standard IFS (International Food Standard).
As a product raspberry could be Rolend (whole), whole and broken, crumble (mashed raspberry) and block - third class of raspberry that is used for hot processing (marmalades, juices)
The raspberry Rolend is a deep frozen quality, whole and ripe raspberries (non calibrated or calibrated), color red to dark red fruit, clean free from damage, desease, mould, foreign matter and organic and mineral impurities. Geographical origin: Arilje, Ivanjica. The raspberry sorts from which the product is made are Willamette and Meeker.
Quality: I.Q.F., whole fruits, max 5 % broken/crumble.
