Design
MAKE talented design team creates beautiful fashionable sketches according to our customer's needs. As a member of respectable trend analysis databases, MAKE designers will always fit your needs into latest fashion trends, promises better fit in the market and also increasing sales.
Pattern Creation & Modeling
MAKE pattern design team has the years-knowledge for creating high-precision, high-quality patterns. After pattern maps are finalized, for each and every volume production requests, MAKE sampling team creates one full size set. This enables our customers to see every detail for the final product.
Production
In the ready-to-wear department, production is carried out with a Single Piece Flow of the entire sewing, ironing, quality control, packing, packaging process.Workers are given training sessions every 4-6 weeks in Lean Production, teamwork and leadership, and are only allowed to progress to production lines after they have been fully trained.
Technology Used
MAKE apparel & home textiles production facilities use state of the art, most advanced machines. This enables the company to produce great amounts of products in shorter periods of time compared to the industry-average. High-tech also enables MAKE to use fewer employees for production. All these benefits increase efficiency, which leads to decreased prices for MAKE customers.
