Our target clients areoverseas logistic companies, Government Departments, cargo owners,and other security / risk management service providers who arelooking to expand their market share. We are also able to providecompetitive risk management services to clients who lack therelevant knowledge and expertise in providing quality security forhigh value containerised loads in transit, either by road or rail.Clients are offered the opportunity to start their own riskmanagement organisation through the implementation of tried andtested business model, which includes personal assistance in theform of training and guidance from Leopards experienced team duringthe initial implementation phase. During this phase all theintricacies, knowledge and skills in initiating a new businessventure will be transferred to the client’s personnel. Themanagement of Leopard is comprised of four main members; JohanPool, Harold Arnesen, Roy Robertson and David Duffus. Each memberhas extensive practical experience, i.e. Johan Pool, a formersenior officer in the SAPS with specialised knowledge in thediamond and gold mining industry, Harold Arnesen, a former SAPSofficer specialising in security Management, Roy Robertson, aformer senior officer in the South African Police Servicespecialising in the scrap metal market and David Duffus a formerofficer in both the Royal Hong Kong Police and London’sMetropolitan Police specialising in the risk management of Goods inTransit.
