Both processes are supplied by modern casting machinery from the world's leading supplier of foundry equipment - Heinrich Wagner Sinto VDT-6 for Vacuum molding process (V-process) and Heinrich Wagner Sinto FBO-II and Sintokogio FDNX for automatic flaskless molding. Our company produces molding cores and core boxes with its own core-shooting equipment working with shell-process and Resol-CO2-processes with the help of the machines Harrison 1016DS (double-station shell process) and Roeperwerk Kernschiessmachine Typ-25 (Resol-CO2-process).
