Liuyang Zhongnan Machinery Factory specializes in producing aluminum melting and casting equipment and providing professional layouts for our customers' workshops. We are located in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, which is the world-famous hometown of beautiful fireworks. Our factory covers an area of 15 acres, with a roofed plant area of 6,000 square meters. Our main products include rapid energy-efficient melting furnaces, highly efficient same level hot top casting systems and cooling pits.
Ever since the foundation of our factory, we have worked hard to develop and improve our melting and casting equipment. On the basis of our research and development efforts of those years, we have designed and produced an energy-efficient aluminum melting furnace, a same level hot top casting system, and mass-produced ceramic foam filters, transfer plates, and various crystallizers. Our products are notable for their simple but beautiful appearance, scientific design, durability, ease of use, and safe and smooth operation. The billets and ingots produced are straight and smooth, with a casting rate in excess of 95 percent, which is on a par with that of our most advanced competitors in the domestic market.
