    I, Mat Barnett, have a post-grad diploma in International Trade Management, which allows me to put secure deals together for import to Australia or export from Australia. Completed with the Australian Institute of Export, Sus* street
    Sydney NSW 2000. Endorsed and affiliated to UNSW.

    I have operated under other company names with different directors since october 2002, and now I have the current company, Lifestyle Gear which started May 2006. All directors in this business are family members.

    I will source samples for your inspection, or take your samples for buyers inspection. Sample leads will be prequalified before we recieve them from you.

    Shipment terms as per the INCOTEREMS system ie FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP etc.
    Payment terms such as Telegraphic Transfer in Advance, Docuemtary Collection either a D/A or D/P, or Letter of Credit and perferably a transferable leffer of credit.

    We can deal on your behalf with the banks to set up, for example Forward Exchange Contracts if you need assistance in this area. Just to touch on this for a moment. A forward exchange contract allows the seller to lock in the currenct exchange rate for a deal that my take several monthe to go through. This is very cost effective to achieve and ensures all the numbers in the deal add up when it is all done. Everyone stays happy etc.

    We offer fixed price quotes on all services. One off services or onging services. Some limited partnerships are also available under certain circumstances. Partnerships can also be fixed term or ongoing.

    Quotes require a $110 (including gst) preparation fee, upfront payment

    Quotes are based on a fixed hourly rate of $210 AUD
    Minimum charge is 3 hours. All payments are up front. No credit is offered for our services. Payments are made to one of the directors of the operating trust. No personal cheques will be accepted. Only bank cheque recieved by certified mail or express post. Due to unauthorized access, no bank details for electronic payments will be available.
    Once a quote is accepted no refunds will be available after payment is received.
