Established in 1977 LEATHERAGE started as a company manufacturing and exporting leather sofa covers , bags and shoe uppers to England. The next couple of years saw the company expand into manufacturing finished leather for exports to the EU and other countries around the world, we also started the production of complete shoes for industrial footwear .In 1991 the company purchased a tannery in NEPAL and started production of leather hides for its own use meanwhile upgrading its facilites in India .The year 2005 saw the company expand into manufacturing Dog chew products for export also which is the current project for which the company has tied up with the best in the industry to be able to produce a world class product.All the founders and personell in the current facilities are aware of the highest standard of quality and discipline that goes into manufacturing a world class product.
