Sourcing

Sampling
LEAD INTERNATIONAL is very aware that sourcing products from overseas has its uncertainties. Sampling is a very important part of the sourcing process. It is essential to make sure that the product sourced in the same product that will be delivered.
The process start in sending photos, or video (when possible) of the samples followed by sending the actual sample for customer approval.
Our company will help in the whole process until the final sample is approved.
Factory Evaluation
Before placing an order with a new supplier, it is vital to make sure that the supplier has the production capability, working conditions, management and quality control procedures.
LEAD INTERNATIONAL will provide auditors that will visit the factory to make such evaluation.
Inspections
Our professional team can provide a three steps inspection process in order to guarantee that the goods are in accordance with the specification required.
LEAD INTERNATIONAL can provide:
- Pre-production inspection which will ensure that factory will start mass production with conformity the specifications defined.
- On going production inspection when production of 30% of the goods has been completed, to ensure that the desired quality of goods are been reached.
- Final Pre-shipment inspection when production of 100% of the goods has been completed and the goods are already packed. This inspection is done by choosing randomly 2% of the goods which will be checked in details.
A report is sent to the buyer stating the status of the findings of the inspection.
Shipment
LEAD INTERNATIONAL can consolidate the goods from different factories when necessary.
Also, we can provide the handling of all the export paper work and services of customs clearance through our forwarding agents.
