Hose Structure
The inner spiral steel wires include selected stainless steel, hot galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or Teflon coated steel wires, depending on the properties of medium transmitted by hoses.
Outer spiral steel wires mainly select hot galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires.
Inside liners provide aggressive-resistance of chemicals and resistance to chemical liquids, play a crucial part in the hose quality, and can be made of different functional materials, such as modified Teflon (Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE), nylon, and crosslinked polyethylene, depending on the properties of medium transmitted by hoses.
