The company provides engineering & manufacturing knowhow and looks after the registration of the brand ‘Kyoto Japan’ tires in key markets; issues Manufacturing Licenses for production in China as well as issuing Distributorship Agreements for potential clients and markets. • Kyoto Japan Tire (Suisse) S.A - Geneva A 100% Swiss company set up in Geneva in 2008 to act as the principal Sales company of the group. • Kyoto Japan Tire (Europe) S.A.S – Annemasse & St. Gilles A subsidiary of the Swiss company set up in Annemasse - France in 2013 with warehouses and logistics centers in France (St. Gilles), Holland, Italy and the U.K. • Kyoto Japan Tire Pneus do Brasil Ltda. - Sao Paulo The company has been set up in Sao Paulo based on 100% ownership for local distribution of Kyoto Japan tires in Brazil. • Kyoto Japan Tire (West Africa) S.A - Abidjan The company was set up in Abidjan based on 50% partnership with a prominent local business group for imports & local distribution in West Africa. • Kyoto Japan Tire Corp. (Switzerland) S.A - Beijing The Beijing offi ce was set-up in 2000 for control of Procurement, Production, Logistics and Exports out of China. • TMS International Group Ltd. - Hong Kong Fully owned subsidiary company of the group based in Hong Kong for Trading of various brands of tire to world markets.
