Kroma is one of the largest cylinder engraver and cliche producer in Turkey with a capacity in excess of 14.000 m2 cliches and 30.000 cylinders per year respectively. Our factory is located in Ataturk Industrial Zone of Izmir
Kroma is the only establishment that has integrated cylinder production opportunity. We produce steel bases by our self unlike our competitors.
The rotogravure cylinders are being produced as shafted and hollow.
By the use of the advanced technology with 2 Daetwyler 2215 HS, 2 Daetwyler 2215 GS and 1 KWCFM (cylinders finish machine), Kroma always ensures the highest quality of engraving. All the plating and surface finishing equipment are Daetwyler as well.
Kroma produces not only high-quality packaging cylinders but also decorative ones and * packaging cylinders which require ultimate resolution, clearness and sharpness.
In addition, Kroma is an official business partner of the Keating Group, a world leader British company operating in Pre-press field.
Kroma has long-term partnership agreement with the Keating Group for know-how and technology transfers. Thanks to that agreement, Kroma is the unique licensed Starbase lightweight cylinders producer and developer of Turkey of which those lightweight cylinders bring many advantages in handling, transportation, storage and lead-time to the customers.
Kroma is also an active member of ERA (European Rotogravure Association).
