Shortly to introduce ourselves, Kotonteks is a company coming from three generations and we are one of the well known most reliable and well organized manufacturers of medium to high level fancy casual fashion fabrics, mosty suitable for ladies' blouses and shirts (but also heavier fabrics for skirts and jackets less in the share) which have average price levels of roughly 2 - 3 EUR/m and more than 90% of its production is exported to Western European Countries. Kotonteks has a huge collection of tens of thousands of items which are costantly increasing every day in its own production line working with almost all famous brand name chain stores in Europe for years. Production is characterized by continuous research to achieve updated high fashion trends. Capacity/Production:
Current capacity of Kotonteks is 10 million meters per year in plain dyed and yarn-dyed woven fabrics owning the last technology machinary in its two plants in an area of more than 20.000 square metres. Produced fabric qualities are made up of mostly cotton, viscose, rayon viscose, polyester, linen, nylon and stretch elastane yarns and their blends and others. The major princible of Kotonteks is to serve its worldwide clients with the most reasonable prices, in the shortest delivery time and in the best quality of high fashion shirting clothes, but we are specially good at the fast and timely delivery service of the samples and the bulk productions.
Lead times/Mimimum Quantities/Samples:
We keep sample meters of most items for urgent sample orders to be able to send immediately when ordered. When not available, we have almost the best flexible production line of producing 3m to 100m samples in about 1-2 weeks besides tens of thousands of metres of bulk orders in between 2 to 5 weeks depending on the quality and the quantity. Transportation time is average 2-3 days by plane to any country in the world (we also use truck and sea transportation when there is more flexible delivery times). Normally our minimums for bulk orders are 1000m, but we also accept orders of small quantities starting from 300m per order&colour with a surcharge of the extra cost of transportation.
Payment conditions:
We generally work with 60 days open terms bank transfer if we can find enough credit limit for the customers from the insurance companies. When there is no insurance cover, then we can work with L/C or 60 days avalised bill of exchange.
