Zhengzhou metallographic Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd contains two plants, for sand casting and lost foam casting respectively . For sand casting, we have K.W.High-Pressure Molding Line, JY Static Pressure Molding Line, GF Air Impact Molding Line of three cast iron parts production unit. It has a strong production capacity of gray iron, ductile iron and cylinder block/head and other large housing. The production of gray iron castings, ductile iron parts up to 60,000 tons and of cylinder block & head up to 17,000 tons per year. In molding equipment, dimensional accuracy and surface quality are the leading domestic level. In EPC, there were more than ten years experiences in casting production process, finished product ratio to 99%, mainly produces gray cast iron (HT100-HT300) and ductile cast iron (QT400-QT800). We as one of the large production base that mainly produce cast iron parts for tractors, wind power, ships and engineering machinery, weighing from 2Kg to 400Kg, can be custom according your supplied design drawing , with an annual output capacity of 100,000 tons.
