(1) Ocean/ Air Freight forwarding service:Whether by air,rail, road or sea, The Company will do ALL shipping documentationand freight forwarding chores, for our customers. This will leaveour customers with ample time to concentrate on their business andclose more deals without stress.(2)Project Consignment service:The Company canspecifically cater shipping and clearance services for projectconsignments as per customers’ requirement and specifications. Ifthe customer has a project and they need supply chain management,they can count on us. The Company must have what it takes when itcomes to project management. (3)Customs Clearance service:The Company willdo customs declaration for import shipments and documentation forexport shipments. Customs declaration and clearance for importshipments will be diligently handled by professional andexperienced staff to make sure The Company do correct declarationsevery time. Personal effects declaration and clearance can also bedone as per customer’s requirement. (4)Transit clearance and transportation to Eastern, Southern andCentral African countries:The Company willdeclare, clear, insure and transport transit cargo to eastern,southern and central African countries. These countries includeKenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo, Zambia, Malawi, Botswana,Zimbabwe and Mozambique.(5) Cargohandling for both import and export:The Company willreceive cargo in good condition. The Company will arrange for cargoverification which includes quality and quantity inspection.Arranging for fumigation can be done if required by either thecustomer or authorities at load port or discharge port. The Companywill arrange for cargo stuffing into containers and sealing ofcontainers after inspection by customs officers or other relevantparties. The Company can also obtain all necessary permits forexport or import on behalf of our customers upon request at afee.(6)Documentation for both import and exportcargo:The Company can dospace booking on vessels for export and import cargo on behalf ofour customers. The Company will do declarations for import cargowhich include obtaining release and delivery orders. The Companywill do documentation for export cargo which includes sendingshipping instructions to shipping lines and obtaining Bill ofLading and dispatching same to place of delivery or other relevantparty.(7)Trading agency:The Company cansource cargo from suppliers/vendors on behalf of buyers/end-users.The Company will communicate with abroad business partners, signpurchase contracts on behalf of abroad buyers and receive L/C’s onbehalf of suppliers/vendors. Finally, The Company can arrangeand supervise shipments to destinations as per buyers’/customers’requirements. Through trading agency, The Company will ensure thatsuppliers/vendors and buyers/end-users can trade in a secureplatform without stress.(8)Warehousing service:The Company canarrange for storage, sorting, labeling and re-labeling,palletizing, shrink wrapping, fumigation & disinfection,container stuffing and devanning on behalf of customers. During thewhole process, The Company keeps ensuring security of the warehousefacility and ultimately our customer’s cargo in thewarehouse.(9)Customs bonded warehousing service:The Company cansafely transfer cargo to customs bonded warehouses after completingall necessary formalities required byauthorities.
