Most of our machinery and equipment are specifically designed and manufactured by well-Known European companies for this plant. The plant is equipped by different kinds of Machinery as following as;
A. Three units of most modern membrane filter press with 1200 M2 Surface filtration area with control system.
B. Two activation lines which equipped with various sensors and D.C.S system including:
1. Six unites of Glass lined Reactor which per one capacity is 10.000 liters.
2. Two Glass lined towers with fitting and piping of glass lined.
3. Two Graphite heat exchangers;
C. Cage mill flash drying system by 6 ton capacity per hour.
Our detergent additives for powder, liquid, compact detergents are specially designed to give more options in the formulation work, this multi functional powder helps to simplify dosage and reduce formulation complexity in the production process.
