Activities include mining andprocessing, open pit mine development, mineral exploration,prospecting and the evaluation of mineral acquisition opportunitiesin near by surrounding communities, community support in form ofmining protective gear, food, staff, medicine and power generationusing solar panels. We have been in business for the last 3 years,which has enabled us to get a broad experience in this business.Our high-grade and semi processed products are ready for shippingacross the globe for further processing or used as desired by ourclients. The Board of Directors is chaired by an independent Chairand made up of 4 directors. Specific Charters have been developedfor the Board and for its various committees that set out theirroles and responsibilities.
