Our products can improve a variety of skin problems(sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis, etc.) caused by the chemical ingredients that are contained in a majority of cosmetic products and ointments, and restore your bare skin to its natural beauty in only a matter of months. With an extensive track record and history behind the finest high quality cosmetic products we produce, we have secured our status as singular and unique in our country. Our cosmetics are based on the principle of making bare skin beautiful, and can be used to treat a variety of skin issues, regardless of age, season, or *, while our lineup of products - from skin care products to makeup, can be used year-round.
[About our certification and awards history]
1. In 2009, a medical team of 16 specialists from the Wakayama Prefectural Medical University Hospital's dermatology section used 3 types of Kawai Basic N skin care products to conduct a 3 month clinical trial on several tens of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis and sensitive skin. The results were that the products were medically proven to provide 90% effectiveness in progressing improvement towards beautiful skin, and with positive feedback from use of these products and an 85% satisfaction rate, the findings were published in a paper.
With the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare establishing guidelines for the treatment of atopic dermatitis within three mainstays - (1-1) investigation and countermeasures of causes and exacerbating factors, (1-2) correction of skin dysfunctions(skin care), and (1-3) pharmacotherapy, the safety of Kawai's skin care products were the only products to be certified by our country as beneficial in treating skin dysfunctions.
2. This paper was submitted in March 2010 to the Japan Dermatological Association and The Society of Aesthetic Dermatology.
3. In April 2010, at a general meeting for the Japan Dermatological Association, an announcement was made attesting to the benefits and safety of Basic N skin care products for treating the skin lesions formed by atopic dermatitis.
4. In April 2010, the above information was announced in a press release to 33 companies (primarily newspapers, television stations, medical institutions, and magazines).
5. In April 2008, the Japan Functional Food/Environmental Hormones Inspection and Authentication Center utilized all products(36 types) to test for effects of inhibition of cell growth, and estrogen reactive unique DNA chips, etc. The results demonstrated that all of the products contained structural components extremely high in safety and security in regards to the relationship factor between skin and cosmetics, and is the only company in Japan to be so certified.
6. We are the only company in the cosmetics industry in Japan to have published a book. "A Manifesto for Naturalist Cosmetics" by Diamond Publishing(published in 1999).
