WEAVING: 76 Latest Air-Jet Looms with working width of 110-134. We can also out-source in Sulzer, Auto and Power Looms to meet the customers demands.
PROCESSING: Complete bleaching plant with Jigger and Continuous dyeing. 3 Rotaries upto 15 colors with repeat sizes of 640mm, 820mm, 914mm, 1028mm. Finishing system is also well equipped with stentors & calendars with chintz finish facility.
STITCHING: A mechanism of in-house stitching unit of 250 Juki & Special machines is responsible for the stitching of Home Textile Products as per international quality standards. We offer a vast range of products. The major products are as under:
BED- LINEN: Sheet sets, bed spreads, comforters and comforter shells, duvet covers, valence sheets, curtains, bolster, chair pads, sofa covers, sofa and chair cushions, embroidered quilt cover sets, laced and piped complete bed sets.
KITCHIN LINEN: Aprons & gowns, napkins, oven-mitts, placemats, table covers and other kitchen accessories.
BABY PRODUCTS: Crib bedding and crib sets.
