KATA was established in 2008 as a joint stock company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The deputy director - Dao Trong Anh has over 20 years of experience in construction field. He had his university education in Slovakia through a government-bond scholarship. Back in Vietnam, he has been working in the Concrete Department of Vietnam Institute of Building Science and Technology (IBST) since the late 1980s.
