joint venture company O'zAuto-Austem in theform of limited liability company.JVC O'zAuto-Austem was founded by SCUzavtosanoat (the Republic of Uzbekistan) and Austem Co.Ltd (theRepublic of Korea) in February of 2011. As an approved supplier ofJSC GM Uzbekistan, our joint venture company produces and suppliessteel wheels and chassis parts for JSC GM Uzbekistan. Except of GM,our company has full ability to produce steel wheels for other carplants. Our products are made of high quality steel, produced byRussian Company Severstal and Korean company POSCO. Annualproduction capacity consists of one million steel wheels and 123thousand sets of chassis parts.
