JV "ALYORTEKS" LLC is Cotton Yarn manufacturer and global exporter. We have 2 spinning mills in Uzbekistan. Our first spinning mill, Uzbekistan-USA-Russia joint venture established in 2007. This mill is equipped with «SCHLAFHORST» (Germany), «MARZOLI (Italy), «ATLAS COPCO» (Belgium) and «MURATA» (Japan) textile machineries. Product range includes all the counts of yarn from Ne 16/1 to Ne 40/1 carded 100% ring spun cotton Yarn (carded & combed) for knitting and weaving. Monthly Capacity is 400 tons.Our second spinning mill (JV "Fergana Turon Textile" LLC) is brand new and fully equipped with TRUTZSCHLER, OERLIKON SCHLAFHORST, OERLIKON/SAURER, ATLAS COPCO, TEXTECHNO textile machineries which all manufactured in 2012. This state of art mill is started its manufacturing in first quarter of 2013. Product range includes all the counts of Open End and Carded yarn. The quality of this mills yarn is very high according global standards. Monthly capacity of our second mill is 800 tons. We can supply you with 2 Ply carded yarns too.
