The predecessor of our Parent Company was the first domestic manufacturer of heavy duty trucks and built China's first heavy duty truck in 1960. Through years of research and innovation, we have had obvious advantages in market network, product, technology and cost, and established a unique enterprise culture. We market our products under the brand named of "China Heavy Duty Truck" in Chinese and "SINOTRUK" in English. Our target is to be a world well-known heavy truck manufacturer and provide customers with cleaner, energy-saving, safer and comforter transportation vehicles.
We specialize in the research, development and manufacturing of heavy trucks and related key parts and components. Our principal products include cargo trucks and truck chassis with GVW over 14 tons as well as semi-tractor trucks with trailing capacity over 12 tons, tippers and special truck chassis and other related products. Our major product series include HOWO, HOWO-A7, Sitaier (STEYR) King, Sitaier (STEYR), HOKA, Golden Prince, HANIA (HOYUN) and Huanghe series heavy duty trucks. Our main products range dump trucks, tippers, tractors, trailers, cargoes, straight trucks and cement mixer trucks, bulk cement mixer trucks, water tank trucks, oil tank trucks, and fire vehicles. Over the years, we have registered with the PRC government for more 2,000 models, conforming to the PRC automotive industry regulations. Through our diverse product portfolio, we have served a wide range of customers from all major industries that utilize heavy trucks, including infrastructure, construction, container transportation, logistics, mining, steel and chemical industries.
We have an extensive sales and service network in China. The market network covers all domestic provinces, supporting for the increase of sales volume. As China's economic structure is optimized and national road network is perfected continuously, our sales volume of heavy truck and market share will increase further. In recent years, we have made a big progress in expansion of overseas market. Our products have been sold to approximately 30 countries and regions. We are also planning to build three CKD facilities overseas through cooperation with local manufacturers.
Our development target is to build the company into a "world well-known heavy truck manufacturing base which is displaceable in China".
