Jinan Dongfang Piping Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1980s and is located in Zhangqiu (Shandong Province), the cradle of Longshan culture and Baimai Spring. Baimai Spring is the "Global Excellent Ecotourism Scenic Spot" and "Wondrous Spectacle" titled by CCC / UN. Our company covers an area of 52,000 square meters and has fixed assets of 65 million yuan.
We have manufacturing licenses for class-A/B pressure vessels and pressure piping components. We integrate the R&D, manufacture and sale of heat exchangers. Featured by high efficiency, energy saving performance, compact structure, easy installation and long service life, our pressure vessels are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, medicine, food and other fields. We also offer quenchers, mixers, mufflers and cyclones (coke cleaning cans) for cracking furnaces, filters, mufflers, sight glasses, snuffers, fire-fighting sprinklers and pipe fittings, such as flanges, elbows, tees and manifolds. With systematic design and production, we make 8,000 tons of products annually. In 2000, we passed ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. We are a professional supplier for Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC and State Electric Supply Company.
We have advanced and complete equipment: production equipment, like 3,000T hydraulic machines, 3.5m vertical lathes, 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, air hammers, shearing machines, edge planers, 2~60mm lapping machine, 3~32T traveling cranes, automatic welding equipment and heat treatment furnace; machining equipment, like pushing machines, bending machines, lathes, milling machines and drilling machines; testing equipment, like X-ray flaw detectors, quantitative spectrum analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors and hardness testers; physical and chemical analysis labs and mechanical properties labs. We also boast strong technical force. We have more than 260 skilled workers and 38 technical personnel (15 of whom have middle and senior technical titles).
Our products are widely applied to large projects of Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, Sinochem, etc, with good economic benefits and social credit. Our products are also exported to the USA and Southeast Asia.
