Jidong Wood Industry was founded in Jilin City in 1993, registered capital is 50 million RMB, now the total assets has reached more than $300 million.
Our factory covers an area of 176 thousand square meters, Including the production line of automatic painting line, panel furniture workshop, solid wood workshop, integrated material workshop, Upholstery workshop, dryer and mock up workshop...etc, also owns large-scale log's reserving base, access to the special railway line, adjacenting to Jilin West Railway Station which is used as inland port station and railway container strategic loading point. The factory is located in Jilin city 40min far away from Changchun airport.
High quality products originate from high quality material. Jidong Wood Industry select high quality wood material from Russian Far East, Siberia and local market which is original area of China oak, and landed to factory directly by railway.
Not only high quality materials, advanced technology is also needed for good products. Jidong Wood Industry adopt advanced and unitized equipment and production lines from Japan, Canada and other countries, forming the large-scale equipment of 2 gantry crane,10 drying kiln,a trolley conveyor painting production line and 300 other machines and facilities. Strict drying processes and moisture-content control ensure the products' quality and life, avoid the solid wood's problem of breaking or distortion because of the different humidity of production location and buyer location.
Jidong Wood Industry's thruput of lumber has reached large scale of production which is 100 thousand cubic metre per year. By the advanced equipment, strong technology and scientific management, Jidong Wood Industry created its excellent R&D, production and sales team. Our products are sold out not only in China, but also to North America, Japan, Sweden, Spain, Middle east and so on. We have cooperated with Mitsui Group and Sumitomo Group which are the world 500 strong enterprise on Cabin Component Project, its coverage reaches 70% in Japan and 50% in Europe.
