Jiangxi Naipu Mining Machinery and New Materials CO., LTD is a high-tech enterprise, manufacturing large-sized mining equipment, slurry pumps and rubber spares. With its headquarter located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi, it runs a modernized and garden-like factory with a footprint of 35 thousand square meters, owns a 300-member workforce, in which nearly 100 members are technical personnel, yields an annual output value of about 150-million yuan, owns more than 80 machines as of 8000-ton,3800-ton vacuum type platen vulcanizing presses and advanced vertical machining centers, and is equipped with advanced inspection and testing facilities in complete sets in the rubber product industry made by Gotech Testing Machines Inc., Taiwan. We are accredited to ISO-9001:2008 international quality management system certificate, and ISO-14000:2004 international environment management system certificate. We have a patent of invention and more than ten new practical patents. Naipu Company is a high-and-new-tech enterprise of Jiangxi province.
Naipu owns a modernized management mechanism and a sound quality guarantee system, first-class research and development ability, advanced mould design and vulcanizing process with well-educated staff and high quality equipment. Products use imported natural rubber as the main raw material.
Our main products are series NJZ slurry pumps and wetted parts; rubber liners in different specifications for ball mills, AG mills and SAG mills; trommel screens, feed hoppers, discharge assemblies, grates, trunnion and cylinder liners; NSH series rubber screen panels and screen plates; hydrocyclones in different sizes of 838, 660,500,350,250 and150; impellers and stators for BS-K, KYF and XJC flotation machines. Here large-sized slurry pumps as of 750NZJ, 550NZJ and 450NZJ and abrasion resistant rubber wetted parts independently developed and manufactured by Naipu are recognized as the high-tech and State energy-saving products that have filled up a void in the nation.
