ZZC PACKING is a packing and printing factory, which was founded in 1994, and area of 150 thousand square meters, fixed assets of 280 million Yuan, and annual production capacity of 12 million well-known enterprises.
There are 680 people in ZZC, (including 68 professional engineers.) the workshops as the formation of offset, gravure, packs of five cards of foreign trade production line; the entire company closed shop, central air conditioning, effective guarantee workshop temperature and humidity; 100,000 sterile flexo workshops etc.
The main products of ZZC are various packaging and printing. (Packaging and instructions of medicines, food, daily necessities and so on.)
The production equipment include: Agfa CTP system, Screen electricity extension, platform scanners, image setters, proofer, prepress equipment, printing machine, KBA offset press, Heidelberg offset press, Jakarta Fat flexo machines.
And imported machines: gravure printing equipment; automatic partial polishing machine, calendar machine, laminating machine, Laminator, holographic hot stamping machine, creasing machine, die-cutting machine, folder gluer, insert edge machine, bag machine, binding machines and other post-printing equipment; there is a sub-matching machine, cutter and other equipment.
Certification: ZZC with Organized Control ( UF U8-EPR enterprise management system, information management, OA automated office systems, 6S management system), passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, HACCP food safety system certification, Disney's Supplier Code of Conduct and Social responsibility certification.
