Its three holding subsidiaries are Jiangsu Yihuan Group Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yihuan Group Gating & Valves Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yihuan Group Noise, Heating & Ventilating Equipment Co., Ltd. The group also has a wholly-owned enterprise and a joint venture, which are Jiangsu Yihuan Environmental Design & Research Institute and Chongqing Electromechanical Yihuan Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. respectively. The group of limited liability covers an area of 120, 000 square meters with a total registered capital of ¿¥100.8 million. It has over 800 employees and 80% are technicians and skilled workers who have passed systematic professional training. The group also has several domestic and overseas senior experts for technology research and development. The group mainly deals in the manufacture, installation and construction of anti-pollution equipment, fiberglass products, and waterscape equipment; and the manufacture of plastic/steel chemical machinery; and the research, development and design of various technological products; and technical advisory services, domestic trade and import & export business. Nearly 30 years of hard work has qualified the company to be one of national key high & new tech enterprises, AAA Honoring Contacts and Keeping Promise Enterprises of Jiangsu and AAA Credible Enterprises. To respond actively to China's entering WTO, the group has established trade exchanges and great cooperation with dozens of countries and regions like US, Germany, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
