Jiangsu StarLight Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (LEAC), formerly operating as Suqian County Bulb Factory, was founded in 1967. Being a standard lighting product producer designated by Light Industry Department of China, LEAC is a joint venture authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation with independent trade rights.
