We established a vertical production structure from wool combing to finished garments. The capacities per year for above products are 450,000 suits and coats, 600,000 pieces of shirts, 5,000,000 meters wool worsted fabrics, 2,000,000 meters woolen fabrics, and large volume of wool yarns, wooltops.
We used the most advanced production facilities in our every manufacture section, more than 90% of the devices, were imported from German, Italy and Japan. Especially In garments factories, all machines are from abroad, like GERBER CAD and BERBER CUTTER from Germany in our design room and cutting workshop, sewing machines JUKI and DURKOPP from Japan and Germany, ETON hanging system from Sweden, in the finishing line, we imported a full set of MACPI ironing line from Italy.
